## Access to M&A OS
Acerbo AI CFO, Gordon and Sherlock are access points to the same advisor-side M&A OS. CFO starts with finance operations; if a mandate proceeds, documents and numbers can be analysed in a second phase. The OS is not a self-serve product and has no public URL.

## Pacioli — the finance engine
Pacioli is the engine behind Acerbo AI CFO. It connects read-only to ERP, bank, CRM, time tracking and Drive, exposes finance tools through the MCP standard (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and answers in a fixed four-part format: Number · Source · Cut-off · Gap. It never writes to source systems and never takes autonomous decisions. Included in the CFO services; also available as SaaS in early access.
